Background

Logistics processes are central for our client, which operates in 24 markets worldwide, producing telecommunications infrastructures. The transition from specific and localised logistics processes to a shared business model is essential to ensure material traceability and asset recording. The client requested our support for the governance of a global transformation programme.

Decisions and actions

The business transformation initially involved the Finance, Supply Chain Management, Network Deployment and Engineering departments in assessing the impacts due to change, and therefore in the path of change, through dedicated training.

The application solution defined at global level, and based on SAP, was integrated into the client's infrastructure.
